Little Heroes: Colors of Hope
Little Heroes: Colors of Hope is an art and wellbeing activity created for children living with cancer, using creativity, self-expression, and positive participation to support emotional wellbeing.
A Day of Color, Courage & Healing
DCF Nepal believes that care extends beyond medical treatment. Creative activities and positive experiences can help children cope with the emotional challenges that often accompany cancer treatment.
The session gives children a safe space to paint, draw, play creatively, and communicate feelings through art. It is intended to create comfort, confidence, happiness, and connection.
Why This Matters
Children receiving cancer treatment can experience fear, uncertainty, and emotional stress. Creative expression can offer a gentle outlet, help lower anxiety, and provide moments of freedom and hope.
